Adelaide Feukam-Reid, Founder and CEO of AFR Consulting LLC, grew up in a large family in Cameroon. From 8 years old, she was helping her parents to implement internal controls in their hardware store by performing the monthly inventory. Adelaide enjoyed mathematics in grades school and always dreamed of becoming a Chartered Accountant. After her immigration to the US and graduation from Florida International University with a Master of Accounting, she achieved her dream by sitting and passing all four parts of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination in 6 months.
With more than 20 years of experience in diverse industries, including international development, non-profits, health care, insurance, manufacturing, CPA Firms, and the US Government; Adelaide Feukam-Reid has shaped a consulting model grounded in accountability, clarity and results.
Building upon her extensive CPA experience, her ability to leverage a strong network in critical business areas like logistics, IT, cybersecurity, procurement, and staffing positions her to offer comprehensive solutions that go beyond traditional financial consulting. This holistic approach allows her to address a wider range of organizational needs, providing clients with interconnected solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and optimize performance across various functions.
Adelaide Feukam-Reid is married with three children, two stepchildren and seven step grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family while eating good food that she prepared, worshiping together, and enjoying music.

His career culminated as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Financial Management Business Transformation at the VA, where he directed a multibillion-dollar modernization of the Department’s financial and acquisition systems.
He is recognized for modernizing federal financial policy, strengthening compliance frameworks, and implementing enterprise-wide internal controls. Jonathan helps clients navigate complex regulations, improve financial integrity, and achieve sustainable organizational change.
Jonathan holds a B.A. in Theoretical Mathematics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and has completed executive training at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and the Federal Executive Institute. He is a Certified Project Manager and has earned multiple leadership and project management credentials.
Lichen PierreLouis is a senior logistics and asset management leader with over 25 years of experience driving supply chain efficiency and enterprise asset optimization. He has delivered measurable results in the commercial sector by modernizing $400M+ portfolios, streamlining operations for 30,000+ assets, and implementing data-driven logistics solutions that improve agility and reduce costs.
Leveraging expertise in SAP/ERP, ServiceNow, and advanced inventory platforms, Lichen has spearheaded technology initiatives worth $40M+ that enhanced facility performance and mitigated global risks. He also designed and led enterprise-wide training programs for emerging technologies valued at $5M+, accelerating adoption and impact across diverse organizations.
